  • [space-age] Changed self-recycling recipe statistics to be ignored in production graph.
  • Changed sprites with scale between 0.5 and 1 (exclusive) to apply downscaling to low resolution (affects base game biter sprites).
  • Changed cargo landing pad mining time to 1.

Modding
  • Combined four ghost tint definitions in UtilityConstants into UtilityConstants::ghost_shader_tint and added UtilityConstants::ghost_shaderless_tint.
  • Added LoaderPrototype::per_lane_filters.
Scripting
  • Added LuaEntity::loader_filter_mode (read/write).

How do I make these pesky inanimate entities inanimate?

Oh.
My hardware is so lousy so "Show animated ghosts" in Graphics settings became disabled on 2.0.14 update application without any effort from my side.

First and foremost: thank you devs for this game and continuous work put towards it :) Also for the space map fix :D

Quick question though - I noticed now that Coal synthesis is now unlocked by... researching Rocket Turret? I saw previously some similar weird things, like iron stick being unblocked by research completly not related to it, so just wondering, if this is same issue, or was it intended.

As far as I know, all unlocks are intended to be where they are and some recipes can be unlocked by multiple technologies. Coal synthesis is Gleba research because you can't get coal there which is required for explosives for rocket ammo.

This version is still experimental, you can switch to it in the Steam Betas menu. If it looks good we will probably release it as stable to everybody tomorrow.

Confirming the crash when putting a train signal has been solved, thank you guys, I was worried as I was running out of ressources and I could not make new stations due to this issue.

That link does go to #1180500, but the title of that issue is "[hrusa] [2.0.11] Pathfinding from an unmapped starting chunk position"

FWIW, I am still seeing issues with "Computing Navigation" on 2.0.14. It does not crash, but it does not turn green until I build more platform.. But I see there is already a thread for that :D

Hmm…

I've updated from 1.1.110 to 2.0.8, then to 2.0.9 and 2.0.10. Then I purchased, downloaded and installed the Space Age – DLC, which updated the game to 2.0.11.

But since then, the in game updater stopped working. Every time I check manually for updates per [About] → [Check for updates] it says “No new updates available”. But the website states, that version 2.0.14 released.

My workaround is to re–download the installer and install it.

when you posted this (I think) 2.0.11 was the latest stable and next version after that was still considered 'experimental' - to get those, you need to 'enable experimental updates' in other settings, under settings
