I suddenly gained the "Get off my lawn" achievement while exploring in a tank on Vulcanus.
I did not build in any demolisher territory, I was only riding around in it. It seemed to happen specifically when I accidentally made a hard stop in my tank against lava. There was no demolisher near me at the time.
Save FSA_20 is just after it happened, save FSA_19 from before I left my base.

Same thing happened to me. Was tabbed out just chillin in my tank when it popped up.

Thank you for your report. Presently, vehicles also count towards disturbing the Demolisher, but I agree that this should be changed.
