Did you ever have the opportunity to take a look at it? Or is this something that has likely been fixed by a more recent patch?

Re: Biters became very docile (deathworld marathon)
Sure, I also included an older save from the same game where biters were still running rampant.

Biters became very docile (deathworld marathon)
In my current deathworld marathon game, started shortly after 2.1 came out, biters gave me hell, expansion was rampant and since I was going for several achievements I had a very rough time.

Soft Alt Mode
Factorio has really nice 2D sprites and animations, but using Alt mode is pretty much mandatory and it takes a lot away from the graphics.
I would love to see a more subtle Alt mode that still shows the same information, but less in your face.

Re: [2.1.11] resource counter update lag on map
Ah no it's not just that the value doesn't update live but rather not update at all, even when closing and reopening the map.
edit: Switching to another planet or space platform and back doesn't trigger an update either. The delay until an update eventually does happen doesn't seem to be consistent ...

[2.1.11] resource counter update lag on map
I noticed that the counter of resource patches on the map can take quite a while to update. It seems like the counter is first set on mouse over or otherwise triggering its visibility but then only updated until 2+ minutes have passed.

Re: Friday Facts #439 - Factorio and Space Age on Nintendo Switch 2™
"there are no games" was the biggest reason for me to save money and not buy a Switch 2 :(
Buy a handheld PC with built in controller, that is cheaper and you get better performance out of it when playing Factorio.
I have a ROG Ally but the NSW2 has no fan noise, better battery life, lower ...

[Lou][2.0.34] Fluctuating Lightning Rod Coverage
In my current game I noticed this strange phenomenon that an area keeps losing coverage after a while (haven't figured out the exact triggers yet), but whenever I replace the upper rod at the exact same spot, coverage is temporarily restored.

Re: Physical Projectile Damage / Turret Nerf?
I think you are correct, it seems like this change is indeed as old as Space Age. Just saw that there's an addendum on the wiki for SA that confirms this.
I thought I saw the old values more recently but my memory was most likely inaccurate.

Physical Projectile Damage / Turret Nerf?
It seems like physical projectile damage research past lvl 6 has recently been dastically nerfed from formerly +40%/70% (as it still shows on the wiki) to a mere +20%/20%.
Did I miss this in the patch notes or was this change unintentional?

[2.0.14] Input Limits of Production Buildings Can Be Exceeded
When the input slot of a production building is below the allowed maximum capacity, a whole stack can be added on top by manually clicking on the building and then move the stack from the inventory into that slot.

Re: Simple Questions and Short Answers
It makes sense... if the biters are nesting, they don't check they can reach where they decided to convert into a nest/worm. Maybe you could file a bug report, to see if the devs think it's worth "fixing"? (that a unit doesn't have to be able to reach the location to convert, aka "quantum ...

Re: Simple Questions and Short Answers
Did anyone else ever notice nests spawning through cliffs?
I must have a few k h on the clock by now, but I just noticed this yesterday for the first time. I usually leave gapless cliff lines in my perimeter defense line largely undefended, but it seems that's no air tight strategy.

Switzerland has other type of securities. Also, I'm deeply shocked, what Russia is doing currently. I just think, it wasn't good to stress a very fragile relation.
I don't believe the narrative of pure russian aggression and evilness.
Right, Switzerland could easily protected itself against Nato ...

Re: We support Ukraine
If a lack of foreign investment would be an indicator though, Russia should be on a very good path now. After all, there's a good reason why North Korea with its almost complete absence of foreign investment is generally regarded as the most democratic country there is.

I buried the meaning too deeply: how much a country can be considered its own and free if you don’t own anything in it and there are no rights.
Then just let me rephrase my original statement: highly democratic compared to Russia. There are always more and less democratic nations, Ukraine ...

Re: We support Ukraine
Ehm, how about the threat of a "special military operation" and "denazification" to use terms that you might find more understandable? Nah, this could never happen, completely impossible, Russia would never do that. Let me guess, you aren't a resident of a non Nato country in Eastern Europe ...
