[Lou][2.0.34] Fluctuating Lightning Rod Coverage

In my current game I noticed this strange phenomenon that an area keeps losing coverage after a while (haven't figured out the exact triggers yet), but whenever I replace the upper rod at the exact same spot, coverage is temporarily restored.
Seems to be something like 2 different formulas or functions for determining coverage that are applied situationally. The glitch is probably just graphical since I haven't noticed any lightning damage in that area so far.

Thanks for the report, fixed for 2.0.38.

The reason was coumpounding rounding errors, which for setups where the collection ranges just touch (like yours) could give incorrect result, depending on the order in which the attractors where built.
