Powered Trams

I couldn't find this anywhere... how about a powered tram?

I know it's not hard to get Coal to the train, but it's just another thing.
It would be nice to have an accumulator type train/tram that transported power along with it... perhaps not just for the engine, but a travelling power generator?

it frees up some space around the trains.

(I'm still keen to have tracks that are part of the power network -- saves on running power lines + track)
