Biochambers should change recipes with or without productivity left on machine. This can break whole production, when there is productivity left.

It is not changing recipe as the machine is still crafting but is out of nutrients fuel. Not a bug.

New experimental version 2.0.43
So that chamber is having "set recipe" circuit condition. It can't change recipe when having more than 0% left in productivity tab. It reads one spot of belt and deactivate bioflux to nutrient recipe and change it to nutrient to spoilage. It doesn't have bioflux active, when there's 4 spoilage in belt. Looking those conditions no output for bioflux recipe. All productivity bonuses left in biochamber deactivates recipe changing.

Huge bar is for main crafting progress, small bar is for productivity. Both are non zero here. Set recipe does not care about productivity bar. It cares about main crafting being not finished yet.

No. This is in place to avoid ability of automating productivity exploit when a machine has productivity of more than 100% and it would abort crafting main recipe returning ingredients after bonus products were already given.
