[Hrusa][2.0.12] Asteroid Collector collecting when control disabled & full

Description:

Asteriod collector continues to collect when it appears to be disconnected from the control network (however it is displayed as connected) and appears to be full.

Behaviour:

1. An Asteriod collector is not connected to the circuit network - it says it is disabled, however continues to collect asteriods (up to a certain point)
2. The inventory of the asteriod collector seems to be full, however I can click on the inventory to move an asteriod into the platform hub and the empty slot immediately gets filled, this can happen 6 times before the empty space in the inventory is visible.
3. After clicking once the asteriod and emptying 1 apparently invisible slot, the collector will collect one asteroid again.

Steps Taken before this:

1. Connect collector to control network, toggle set filters & read contents & enable_disable (condition left as default)
2. Disconnect the asteriod collector from the network
(I have tested this was repetable on my save - available on request)

It seems it's not save-dependent. I was even able to copy & paste its settings to another collector to make it display the same issue, or create a blueprint of it:


From the reproduction steps mentioned above only Set filters is required.
That is: connect the collector to a circuit network, enable Set filters, disconnect the collector from the network.

I've independent replication of the bug in 2.0.14 .
On the platform Shuttle 1, one collector in in bugged state. The others can be induced into bug state by disconnecting from circuit network. They have only had filter set by circuit.

The chunks appearing are working as intended, they are buffered in the arm.

The only real bug is the light showing red and reading the wrong status. Fixed in the next release.
