[1.0.0] visual glitch

The issue does not appear immediately. It seems to be triggered by driving. It does not appear at every zoom level.
Moving away occasionally fixes this state. Once triggered, quitting the application and reloading the save does not always clear this state.

After restarting the machine and reloading the save the glitch is still there. However using the dedicated graphics card (gtx 1050) fixes the issue.

If anyone knows what the standard bug submission procedure is please let me know. I could not find a guide. Do you need any logs? Or more system info?

You can try changing graphic settings as described here: 9300 and see if that works, I'd start with forcing opengl.
