You can use a mod from Bilka for that:

Save game, install, change settings, save game, remove mod.
If it is the only one your achievements should still be there.

So I wonder, how do you produce/transport Oil products (Light OIL, Acid, Petroleum) in large quantities? If two chests were allowed then the classic stack override 12/8 scheme fully compresses both lanes.
