I've got the same issue as Erik in version 2.1.12. I've not experienced Ctri's separate bug.

Setting the liquid filter on a pump allows filtering for only plasma, even though plasma cannot travel through pumps and pipes. This is not only useless but could confuse new players about how plasma functions.
