Can someone explain me in detail why these setups behave diffrently when all pumps flow_scale = false?
top setup all pumps at maxrate(3000) middle segment 50% filled

bottom segment
one input pump and one output pump always slightly below maxrate(6000, due to 100x60 limit) and middle segment nearly ...

The Chemical plant will get input starved of Steam on very high craftig speeds i attach a blueprint that will demostrate the issue, i think the input buffer for that recipe is too smal. i guess this is the same issue the holmium plate recipe had a couple of patch before. i suggest a similar fix tyvm ...

1. Open a inventory that is too large so it has scrolling. eg. mech armor with toolbelts. long list of request groups etc.
2. Take item Ghost and hold alt + scroll to change quality.

the game will scroll trough the inventory instead of changing the ghost quality. i think if u hold alt its clear ...
