[0.17.29] crash when putting mouse cursor over a blueprint book

I have my maps seperated into folders and this is happening across all my games.

When I go into the blueprint menu, everything works fine until I go near my blueprint books. If I so much as hover my cursor over any of the blueprint books in my list, the game crashes. I can open the menu, move my cursor around, open and close individual blueprints, create blueprints/books/deconstruction planers, it only crashes if I try to use the books that I've already made.
