hide inserter arrows separate from filter icons

Filter miniloaders would like to show the filter configuration of its inserters in info (ALT) mode, without the inserter arrows appearing.
Currently entities have a choice of show all ALT info (default), or hiding it all (via hide-alt-info flag). This isn't quite granular enough for my purposes.

Isn't the arrow color defined in prototype?
How about transparent?

They are not defined in the prototype. They seem hard-coded by entity type. Nor is there a data or runtime setting for tint or transparency. I did make Arrow Tweaker to adjust transparency and size globally, but that doesn't help on a per-prototype basis.
