osx - game crash - after few seconds at specific spot on map

Hi guys,
here are the details:

So it seams, every time a hang around the spot shown on the picture attached to this thread, its take a few seconds and the game freeze and crash.
This happens with mods AND without mods.

I'm running the latest osx on a macbook pro late 2013, with nvdia geforce 750m.
