Chain signal not updated after changes
I have a chain signal which operates fine. After I start modifying the tracks sometimes it goes red. If I remove the tracks that made it red signal remains red although it should go back to green. If I remove the chain signal and add it again at the same spot under same conditions it now is green (as expected).

Post the save with the signal in the incorrect state please.
