[0.15.2] Server desync

[0.15.2] Server desync

3 players connected over internet, 1 connected over LAN. 3 remote players desynced. All players were standing still. Desync seemed to happen exactly when 1 remote player manually connected a power pole to a switch with a copper cable, but this might be a coincidence.

This should be fixed in 0.15.10.
