A - Construction requests remain 'active' even once fulfilled.
B - Construction requests cause other requests for the same item, which are 'import from platform only', to be fulfilled from the planet.

What did you do?
Blueprint build anything on a platform without the items. This will cause the item to appear in the 'requests for construction' section as expected.

Once the item is delivered, the requests remain in the 'requests for construction' section indefinitely, with a value of 0.

I expect the item to dissapear from the 'requests for construction' section once the request in fulfilled.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always. It does no disappear until the 'auto request' tick box is unclicked.
B
What did you do?
Create a request for items, and select to only import from platforms.
At the same time, either:
1. a construction request for that same item has previously been fulfilled and is now zero.
2. a different request exists for the same item, with import from planet selected.

The items will be delivered from the planet to fulfil the request.

A request that has selected 'import from platforms' should never be fulfilled from the planet, even if other requests exist for the same item.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Consistent. I can provide a save if that helps, but it is trivial to reproduce.
I suspect this is happening because all requests for a given item have their minimums summed, and their import restrictions combined.
