[2.0.72] Bots not carrying out construction or logistics

I came across this while attempting to build in the map view. I have plenty of buildings in storage, but the bots wont carry out the construction. It's not just the Electro-plants either. While working on this build with my own personal roboport instead, when i ran out of material, some of my the legendary stack inserters would build from the bot network if i ran out of them in my inventory.

After some more time playing, it's happening more and more with various different entities. They bots don't build it until I cancel and re-do it.

Adding onto this post. I've been noticing this issue, and now it seems to be connected. Logistics bots will sometimes just not fill a rocket with items. The rocket will be 99% full and waiting on one single item to launch which will never come. The space platform will get stuck at the planet waiting for a delivery which will never come.

I've added to my post. I've been dealing with the rocket issue for a while, and now i think they're related.
