Certain shortcuts don't work for "confirm window" when the input is focused

This is NOT a report regarding "E" not working for "closing window", but it's originates from a workaround I tried for this UX issue.

Certain key combinations don't trigger "confirm window" when the input box is selected. I tried setting CTRL+SPACE and it won't trigger.

Repro:

• Set "confirm window" to CTRL+SPACE shortcut
• In game, open the logistics menu
• focus the input, write a number
• without unfocusing the input, try to press CTRL+SPACE
• notice, that the window doesn't close. Unfocusing the input box and pressing CTLR+SPACE seems to work fine though.

Other shortcuts I tried which don't work:

• CTRL+SHIFT
  [*} CTRL+SHIFT+Q

I didn't try many other "non-printing" shortcuts, but it seems like none except ENTER work when the input is focused.

I'm on 2.0.43 (build 82163 expansion, linux64)
