[2.0.28] alt click on recipe name in building takes you to the factoriopedia article for the tile below where you click

Steps:
* Open an assembler / biochamber / ... any building that takes a recipe
* set the recipe to whatever you want
* alt+click on the recipe name (as shown below)

Expected: Takes you to the factoriopedia article for the recipe / item in question

Actual: Takes you to the factoriopedia article for the tile below wherever the cursor was, as if the GUI were not open.

An assembler built on soil on Nauvis takes you to the "soil" page.
An asteroid crusher on a platform takes you to the space platform page.
An assembler built on concrete takes you to the concrete page.
etc..

Note: I said "as if the GUI were not open", but it's more than that. If the mouse is over another building / entity it still takes you to the tile page.

Note: Left click (no ALT) on the recipe name takes you to the correct factoriopedia page.

To me it looks like slightly different issues. The issue in this thread is independent of the factoriopedia state: alt-clicking the recipe title in an assembling machine always brings the tile entry, while in the linked thread this only happens when the factoriopedia is already open and for any item you alt-click.

You are right.

After the linked issue is fixed, this topic's issue will become "Alt-click on recipe name in building does not take you to its Factoriopedia entry".
The whole tile-entry-in-Factoriopedia is a massive distraction here.

A simple left click on the recipe name does open its Factoriopedia entry.
The expectation is Alt+click will do the same.
