[pard] Heating Mechanics tip unlocked instead of Lava Processing

Vulcanis' Lava Processing tips-and-tricks never unlocked, Heating Mechanics unlocked in its place.

I unlocked all three planets on Nauvis before traveling to Vulcanis, where I processed a lot of lava before realizing I may be missing some tips and/or tricks.

I played pre-2.0 as a "player", but this is a new save file created not long after 2.0 released.

Similar to the "viewtopic.php?p=661768" I am unable to reproduce this behavior, and since no new reports are coming to this issue, I would assume it is no longer present in the game.
