[2.0.23] Crash when cutting/pasting wire connected belts

Hi there! Please let me know if there's anything I should be doing differently - I haven't reported a bug before :)

This is something that I can reproduce at will. I suspect it won't be difficult to recreate but I can upload a save if you need.

Circumstances:
- 2.0.23
- on a multiplayer server
- on a space platform

Given this arrangement:

where both belts are set to "Read Belt Contents", "hold",

When:
I take the bottom-right belt, ctrl-x just the one tile, rotate it 90 deg ccw, and super-force-place it over the curved belt like so:

Then:
My game crashes. The server is fine, and when logging back in, the belts are arranged exactly as expected:

Likely 122211, no way to tell without the log. Check out 3638 please.

The crash looks pretty similar, I agree it's likely a duplicate.

Thanks for pointing me to the "how to do a bug report" page! I'll have logs ready from the get-go next time. Let me know if there's anything else I should do :)
