[2.0.19] Quickbar covers right information pane at high UI scale

I play on my TV from the couch so I have my UI scale set to 250%. When mousing over an item, to show its details in the right pane, the quickbar will cover the bottom of the pane preventing any information there from being read. Meanwhile there's plenty of empty space on the left. I would expect the quickbar to move to the left at high UI scales to prevent this (or even better, if I may be so bold, be draggable).
