[2.0.8][Mac] Quickbar edit list goes off-screen with high UI Scale

When clicking on the three-dot edit button, the edit menu goes off screen. You can still exit out by pressing esc, but there's no way to move the items around unless you lower the UI scale.

Ideally, it should limit itself to the size of the window when expanding.
