[2.0.15] You can set the quality of fluid output recipes.

When selecting recipes which only output fluid, it is possible to set quality in the UI, but the output will (obviously) not have quality.

Based on 118346, I've checked whether you can set quality recipes via circuits and yes, you can. You can even set it for recipes which only have fluid inputs. The UI will be incorrect, but they will produce normal quality items.
