An empty planner deconstructs ghosts, but not real vehicles:

In 2.0, it became possible to set whitelist filter in deconstruction planner to car, tank or spidertron. Having any of the vehicles whitelisted makes the planner not work at all:

When in blacklist mode, even with only car selected, all vehicles and their ghosts are ignored:

Thank you for the report. As of 2.0.34, adding filters to decon planner will not exclude (matching) vehicle ghosts.
