Today I noticed something odd. A wall got damaged, the roboport nearby had constructor bots and repair packs, but these bots did not repair the wall. Other bots from the other side of the factory came all the way to do that.
I have admittedly a bit of a strange shape of logistical system, but I had thought that with the smarter bots this should not be a problem.

I'm sorry, I made screenshots, but didn't think of saving the game immediately in a different file.
I will see if it happens again next time I'm playing and then save the game, and attach it.

I had same situation, in my case it was that repair packs in buffer chests were getting priority over repair packs in roboports

Yep, same issue as noted in the links from the previous posts. I've tested multiple different logistics configurations and it seems that repair packs inside roboports have the lowest priority for bots to consume. There also does not seem to be any logic for using the closest packs.
