[Lou][2.0.12] Crash when deconstructing ice platforms via deconstruction planner on Aquillo

What did you do?
On Aquillo, using a deconstruction planner which was filtered to only ice platform tiles, I selected my whole base. I noticed that not only ice platforms were selected during the deconstruction click and drag.

What happened?
While clicking and dragging (before letting go of the mouse button), the game froze and crashed with an "Unexpected Error".

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
The deconstruction planner should only highlight ice platforms for deconstruction. The game should not crash. The error should not occur.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It's reproducible. During the first occurrence, I was in a multiplayer game with one other player, but I tried to reproduce the error several times on the same save in multiplayer and single player mode and it crashes reliably.

Steps to reproduce
1. Load the game
2. pick the deconstruction planner from the quick bar (it should be filtered by ice platforms only)
3. click and drag across the whole base
4. error should occur

Thank you for the report. This seems to be the same issue as 118041 and should be fixed for 2.0.13.
