- On the cargo landing pad, display the number of cargo pods currently landing, and the maximum number.
- On the space platform hub, display this info next to “Orbital drop slots”.
- In the description of the cargo landing pad item, mention that it has this limited capacity.
- In the description of the cargo bay item, mention that it will increase the landing capacity.

Show/explain orbital cargo drop limits
In Space Age, I couldn’t figure out why my resources weren’t getting dropped from orbit promptly. I found here that the problem is that I didn’t have enough cargo bays to accept all the cargo pods, but that wasn’t very obvious, because it looked like the cargo landing pad was idle for long periods. I have some suggestions to clarify this:
Re: Show/explain orbital cargo drop limits
I like this suggestion, i always ask for how long does the thing seem stuck, because it happens often that people bugs out because of this. Adding cargobay to the platform hub for inventory seem obvious for many players in multi, but less players add cargobays to their landing pads, as they an also use inserter and purple chest or other means of solving the inventory capacity shortage without increasing the throughput as when adding cargobays. Which then cause confusion because the hub is empty, seemingly throttled for no good reason, being able to read somewhere that a metric is maxed out like cargo-pod currently landing 20/20 or 5/5, or even something like "number of cargo-pod-possible"/"cooldown for 1 cargo/pod" so that players can have a feedback where some of their action would reduce that time between 2 dropoff.
