[2.0.9] Game Crash when launching game

I've verified the game files through steam, which notified me of a file being corrupted, but this didnt fix the problem
I have also verified the files existence and accessibility manually

EDIT: opening the file location manually to take the above picture seems to have fixed it, keeping this posted incase it becomes an issue again
