- When the deconstruction planner is set to "= normal", "< uncommon", etc., it will pick up any items on the ground.
- When the deconstruction planner is set to "> normal", "= uncommon", etc., it will never identify any items on the ground.
Incidentally, this is motivated because I put quality modules into my smelting array and accidentally allowed the quality plates to escape into my factory. I wanted to clean them all up automatically, but it appears that "Item on ground" doesn't work on belted items anyway. It would have been nice if there was a way to clean up only items with the incorrect quality.
