blueprint-storage-2.dat on Headless server

Downloaded the .zip install 2.0.8
Unzipped it to C:\Program Files\Factorio\
run start.bat and the server console windows starts as usual.
get this:

3.848 Blueprint storage "blueprint-storage-2.dat" was not found, trying to load previous version storage "blueprint-storage.dat"

headless sever continues on...
It looks like I need the file here:

0.004 Write data path: C:/Program Files/Factorio


Can I ignore the error? Blueprint storage "blueprint-storage-2.dat" was not found, trying to load previous version storage "blueprint-storage.dat"

I appreciate any assistance.

I fixed it all

Unzip the download of the game to C:\Program Files\Factorio
Copy your mods to: C:\Program Files\Factorio\mods

Make a copy of blueprint-storage.dat and rename it blueprint-storage-2.dat
Take those two files and the blueprint-storage-version-1.1-backup.dat file and place all three in the C:\Program Files\Factorio folder.


Give the user that is logged into the system full access to the C:\Program Files\Factorio folder and everything in it.

make a .bat file in C:\Program Files\Factorio\bin\x64
start /wait factorio.exe --start-server myworld.zip
pause

Create a shortcut to the .bat file on the desktop.

Headless server should now load without any error about blueprint-storage-2.dat
