[2.1.20] Achievements unlocked even when not satisfied

I just got bunch of achievements unlocked (both ingame and at Steam) even though I am nowhere near satisfying them. The only active game is my 200+ hours long singleplayer vanilla with SA world where I got up to Gleba so far.

Still, I just achieved
- Crafting with speed
- Keeping your hands clear
- Minions
- My modules are legendary
- Research with promethium
- Going to Shattered planet 1
- Workaround the clock
Also Iron Throne 2 and Steamrolled though those may be valid.

So now I have Keeping your hands clear even without having Art of siege... yep, that's the experimental branch.

During today session I killed some bugs at Navius after which I checked whether I did not brake Keep your hands clear by mistake. I was very confused finding I have actually already completed it (even though I have not been to Vulcan yet). There was no ding/popup showing I finished any achievement. I saved and ended the session, then back in Steam I found out I have somehow completed several other achievements today.

That’s a pretty strange bug, especially with several unrelated achievements unlocking at once. The fact that there was no popup and they only appeared after checking Steam makes it even more confusing. Hopefully the log and save are enough to track down what’s triggering them.
