Adds a 1x1 sized entity to record pulsed signals from a circuit network, calculating rates and display them as time series data.

I would appreciate your feedback especially for

• 1st-use experience (to ev. update documentation)
• Gauge Mode (see documentation)

Currently, I tend to nerf this mode in favor of supporting inputs on green and red wires.
