Hi,
After updating to 2.1 and migrating my save, I noticed that the science cost of efficiency and productivity module 3 is very different than for speed and quality module 3. It is a different order of magnitude (100s vs 1000s). Is this intentional?

Based off these values being the same as 2.0 and this way since space-age's release I don't see any bug here. There is no rule that says all modules have to have the same amount of packs for each tier.
