[Genhis][2.1.7] platform request: wrong tooltip why no supply possible

Platform tries to request items to build (laser turrets, space platform foundations). Tooltip at both requests tells me in red "not enough to fill one rocket". While there are hundreds of each available. After some investigation, likely reason: space platform full and already overloaded with items spilled around.

I expected a correct tooltip warning text, something like "platform full" or "no storage".
