When my trains are stuck at stations waiting to have a valid destination, I should be able to read their contents.
As an example of the condition I'm meaning. This train is waiting at a station for its destination to be empty:
The station in question is configured to read train contents:
The train is waiting for the destination to be empty:
But the signal is not on the wire:
I post this as a suggestion, rather than a bug, because my understanding of the train network says that these trains are not technically at the station for most intents (for example If I read stopped train it would also fail) unless they have a train schedule condition holding them there, I'm not sure why they count for the count value, but that's neither here nor there.

Thanks for bringing this up. I recently tested and discovered that a train in the Zzz state at a station DOES respond to signal INPUTS to the station for the purpose of triggering interrupts. Very interesting that it does not output the train contents.
