[2.0.76] Logitech RGB keyboard G512 lighting not working

Hello everyone!

1.) What did I do? I just started my game after a couple of months and loaded a save game to play.
2.) What happened? My Logitech G512 RGB keyboard didn't light up, it dropped and stayed completely dark instead.
3.) What did I expect to happen? During the game start loading I expected the left-to-right lights to come alive according to the games loading progress. In my save game I expected the keyboard to light up the appropriate keys.
4.) Consistency? It is a consistent issue.

I can remember that it was working fine around two months ago (based of last save game date I played).
I have tried the most obvious steps to remedy the issue: Restart game, restart computer, reconnect keyboard to PC, restart Logitech G Hub software, tabbing in and out, switching window focus, check for updates for Logitech G Hub, check for hardware firmware updates for the G512 keyboard. - Everything seems up-to-date, no success. Hardware configuration didn't change since last playtime where the keyboard was working as expected.

While the game is open, Logitech G HUB does show that the keyboards lighting is controlled by the Factorio integration. The log attached also shows that the integration was initialized.
I have a Logitech RGB headset, which is working fine - While it only has limit functionality, it does light up appropriately during game loading and gameplay.
I must assume that my keyboard itself is working fine as well, to verify I tested Terraria (game); Properly lights up the keyboards keys during play.

Windows 11 version: 25H2 (OS build 26200.8457)
Logitech G HUB version: 2026.3.880543
G512 firmware version: 119.1.14

To my own surprise this is the second bug report I made, first one 2015. 10+ years later and hundreds of hours of gameplay later - Thank you for making such a great game.

This is usually an issue with steam, you can try if the default .zip version works.

I assume you are referring to the non-steam game version?

This is usually an issue with steam

I tested a couple more games I have in my steam library that support the Logitech integration... They all work except Factorio.
Are there any known issues or workarounds?

There are no known issues/work-arounds. The Logitech logic has not changed since it was added around 2018 (8 years ago). So if it's not working - it's likely an issue on Logitech's end.
