[2.0.76] Trains and stations dont have proper communication

What happened?:
Train dont use signal for interruption properly and goal of interruption is spamming like its done and not at the same time and not leaving proper signal to network

What did you expect to happen instead? :
Train should get signal from network, train that arrives second to unloading station should not revive interruption and previous train that recived interruption should have met his point of stopping and go to loading station as planned
