Can we please have a way of manually overriding the tech level? In Angel's mods, we have 5 tiers of Sintering Oven. However in some combinations of mods/settings, the lower three tiers get disabled and hidden. I currently have no way of overriding the level numbers on these techs. I want to change them from 4, 5 to 1, 2.
This could be used in the base game to have Speed module tech have a 1 overlay.
For Personal batteries 1, 2, and (with Space Age) 3.
Other base game techs that would benefit from this include Military, Advanced material processing, Power armor, and Shields.
I'm imagining this would be implemented by a new optional level field on the tech prototype. Similar to how Module Prototype has tier. Infinite techs would increment this value rather than the value from their prototype name.
