[2.0.73] Frozen enemies

Searching the forum, found this bug as resolved 118055

Current situation: patrolling enemies doesn't move unless a spidertron comes near. Rarely one or two of them move freely among others frozen, feels creepy. Like in the matrix. Didn't even noticed at first because attacks happen normally. Until next happened:
Also just encountered situation, when I just randomly found some hatched biters just standing on my base frozen. No chewing , nothing. Just a chunk of base peppered with statues. Panicked, send a spider to deal, maybe should have leave them be.
Frozen patrolling groups may be not a bug but optimization, though it breaks immersion, but frozen hatchlings clearly are.

Thought I could avoid it, didn't want to share all my blueprints with public. Had to delete them first.
Hatchlings froze on Nauvis base.
Enemies patrolling frozen everywhere.

Its very old bug (like, 8+ years, maybe it always was here), nauvis, gleba, - enemies frozen on big bases if they visible with radar but no active chunks around

Thanks for the report however this is working correctly. The enemies won't move around unless they have something to do and since there's nothing to attack nearby they are turned off to save CPU time. They will turn back on should they need to attack anything.
