Behold, Scoopy McScoopface:
Scoopy was made with the aim of harvesting asteroids to yield roughly over a wide range of conditions without stalling (most robust asteroid productivity lvl 10 plus):
90 iron
35 copper
90 carbon
35 sulfur
70 water
50 calcite
per second at asteroid productivity level 10 and physical projectile damage lvl 12.
Its a kick start blueprint as in it has some solar panels and an assembler to add hotfluoro ketone to start the fusion plant. Kick starting it needs 2200 yellow ammo, the accompanying blue print to load ammo into the turrets (20 each turret), some 500 ice, iron ore, and carbon. Once everything is prepared, delete the solar panels and assembler platform bit and go to any inner planet you like and Scoopy will properly boot.
!Attention! You have to delete the 3 bulk inserters and 2 long handed inserters at the hub that are responsible for cleaning it up. Otherwise they throw out all your items

If you feel like it you can expand the storage space but please remember to change one of the combinators near the hub with the S to update the storage size. Was tested with asteroid productivity lvl 30 and doesn't stall. Can do all planets except Aquilo. Mind that no matter the increase in speed or asteroid productivity, the harvesting rates wont increase. Obviously, if you lower the speed between the predefined speed, the rates will lower...
