How to stop playing Factorio 8 hours straight?

My Factorio world is not that cool, but i spend TOO much time on it. How to stop?
I`m Ukrainian player of Factorio
New on forum, tryin to make some big things and effective factory
Trying to help others too

You're essentially entering a crackhouse and asking a group of people holding pipes how do I stop.
