How to stop playing Factorio 8 hours straight?

My Factorio world is not that cool, but i spend TOO much time on it. How to stop?
Ukrainian player of Factorio + Space Age DLC :space-age:
130+ hours of Factorio on Steam.
Completed the game, not aware of spoilers.

Spend all your time prematurely optimizing, then realize it's way too time consuming and do something else

well You need to switch to less harmless things
alcohol, girls, cars but don't do drugs - u already using the strongest

At least you are not playing some brainrot games... Quality drugs aren't easy to obtain.
