When people join during multiplayer, the "Sending map to peers" stage sometimes fails (Progress bar bounces back and forth between 2 positions) and the other player has to quit the game.
For me, the sending map dialog remains visible for up to a minute before the game realizes the other player has failed to connect.
I'd like to suggest the ability to cancel map transfers or to restart the connection attempt from scratch.

Probably just as easy to figure out why it doesn't work and fix it.

Some issues just can't be solved, so sometimes you need these manual abort procedures.
