Drones requested in roboports are not displayed in the remote view

I was replasing my drones on Nauvis from common to ledendary, requesting a bunch of them in one roboport to destroy. I was almost done but 1k construction robots were still in the logic storage just sitting somewhere. It must have been the time I needed drones always sitting at the wall defence when I set requests them for some roboports without setting a logic group. My first thought was to look for those roboports by using the remote view and searching for common robots. As expected, I still had 1k common robots in logic storage (in roboports, not logistic network), but clicking on them in remote view wouldn't show a single place where they could be. The only solution I found was to update every single roboport with a blueprint of a default one. This way drones could leave their spots and go straight to the recycler.
Can't tell if it's a bug but I don't see a reason why drones requested in roboports are not shown in the remote view.
