[2.0.42] Desync on connection

Hello,
I don't really know what to do for this.

I was attempting to connect to a multiplayer server and got desynced. I was downloading the map as it occurred. My friend was interacting with a recycler on Fulgora that was scrapping concrete. We do not play with any mods.

Given the differences it is most likely duplicate of 127560 that will be fixed in 2.0.43.
