[Genhis][2.0.11] Remove Item Cross not leaving with Item

As seen in the image bellow, the remove item cross didn't disappear when the item was taken.

Assumption is the item was taken the same frame the cross was applied.
The cross couldn't be interacted with or removed afterwards.

After a minute I checked again and it had disappeared, unsure if this was the game sorting itself out or reopening the chest solved it.

Thanks for the report. I'm going to mark it as a duplicate of 121577. It should be fixed for 2.0.32.
