Unaccurate railgun speed

Unaccurate railgun speed

I currently have a +140% railgun speed but when i check the info box of the railgun it only says 0.5 + 0.36/s. The portable version is accurate tho.

Duplicate of 116987 Railgun turrets do not obey railgun speed upgrades.
