MK2 armor appears with upgraded items

I had Power Armor Mk2, I died on purpose by a train to get the archievement, when I respawned I had a new MK2 armor filled with upgraded items (even most of them I haven't unlocked yet).

NOTES:
- My previous armor was not deleted
- New armor spawned equiped
